Limited by the recorded Covenants and Restrictions and the Rules and Regulations, running with the land, all of which are applicable to and legally binding upon all purchasers of land in the Valley of Lakes, I am serving notice upon you of the violations with which you are being charged and the actions to be taken by C.B.G. Limited. VIOLATIONS 1. Advertising an event to be held on the property of the Valley of Lakes, without permission of C.B.G. Limited. 2. Charging fees for attendance at an event scheduled to be held on the property of the Valley of Lakes without permission of C.B.G. Limited. 3. Attempting to stage a commercial fund raising event on the property of Valley of Lakes without permission of C.B.G. Limited. 4. Erecting and/or posting signs on Valley of Lakes property without permission of C.B.G. Limited. 5. Engaging in improper, offensive and unlawful activity on Valley of Lakes property. LEGAL ACTION A. It is the intention of C.B.G. Limited to file legal actions against you citing these and other charges in a court of law. If the event is actually held, additional charges will be filed. B. In addition to the proposed legal actions, you are hereby notified that effective immediately, all rights and privileges previously accorded you as a property owner are hereby suspended. An additional action in trespass will be filed immediately, should you attempt to utilize any of the amenities of the Valley of Lakes. C. You are being assessed a fine of $300.00 for each of the above violations. D. You may refer to Article XIV - Enforcement and Fines on Page 42 of our Rules and Regulations for guidance. E. C.B.G. Limited will convene a hearing before the "Valley of Lakes Disciplinary Board", if within 15 days, we receive a written request from you, relative to the suspension of your owners' privileges.
