	For the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum, IT IS 

ORDERED THAT:

	1.  The motion for class certification (record document no.

31) pursuant--to Fed.  R. Civ.  P. 23(b)(3) is granted.

	2.  The motion of defendants First Eastern Corp. and First 

Eastern Bank to stay disposition of the class certification motion 

and compel the deposition of named plaintiffs is denied (record 

document no. 37).

	3.  The motion of defendant MLA to stay disposition of the 

class certification motion and compel the deposition of named 

plaintiffs is denied (record document no. 41).
